These crockpot chicken tacos are the bomb!!! The recipe is versatile and super easy. When it is all done, I use this recipe for tacos, dip, and even my Mexican lasagna!!!
- 3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Can of petite diced tomatoes
- 1 Pack of taco seasoning
- Sliced Jalapenos
- 1 Can of whole kernel corn
- 1 Brick of Cream Cheese
Start off by adding your chicken breasts to your crock pot.
Next, you pour the petite diced tomatoes over the chicken
Now the taco seasoning.
Add the jalapenos to desired heat. Even if you don’t like things spicy, I would still add a few for the taste. You really shouldn’t feel the heat.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours. Depending how impatient you are and whether you peek!
This is the juicy goodness you will find when the chicken is done.
Shred the chicken with two forks.
