Mango Banana Shake

This is one of my favourite shakes! I usually drink this in the morning as part of my Breakfast, or right after a work out,

Ingredients:

  • handful of frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • quarter cup of egg whites (You can’t taste them, I promise)
  • a scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • Almond milk

Mix all these ingredients in a blender, magic bullet, whatever you have and enjoy!!! yum,
